1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of the job-matching platform operated by Kuurro, a legal entity domiciled at [Address in Spain], with contact email contact@kuurro.com (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the service, including the Telegram bot, any associated web interface, and automated communication features (collectively, the “Service”), the user (hereinafter, “you” or “the User”) agrees to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from using the Service.

2. Definitions

Job Seeker: A natural person seeking employment who submits their profile through the Service.

Employer: A legal entity or natural person offering one or more job opportunities through the Service.

Match: A potential employment relationship proposed by the Service between a Job Seeker and an Employer based on compatible criteria.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts under applicable law. Use of the Service is not permitted in jurisdictions where it would be contrary to local laws or regulations.

4. Description of the Service

  • The Service enables Job Seekers to submit their professional profile once and Employers to post multiple job openings.
  • An automated process attempts to match profiles based on provided information.
  • Upon identification of a potential match, the Service will:
    1. Notify the Employer and request approval to proceed;
    2. If the Employer consents, notify the Job Seeker and request approval;
    3. If both parties approve, share mutually agreed contact or profile details.
  • No employment contract, agency relationship, or recruitment obligation arises between us and any party by virtue of the Service.

5. User Obligations

  • Provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information;
  • Refrain from submitting content that is unlawful, harmful, misleading, defamatory, or violates third-party rights;
  • Refrain from using the Service to circumvent legal recruitment channels;
  • Maintain confidentiality of any information shared after a match is accepted.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend access for violations of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service and its underlying code, text, design, and functionality belong exclusively to us or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting a license or other right to use any trademark, trade name, or copyrighted material without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers

  • The Service is provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind. We disclaim any and all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
  • We do not guarantee that any match will lead to employment, nor do we vet, verify, or guarantee the truthfulness of any content submitted by Users.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of data, opportunity, goodwill, or revenue arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us and our officers, directors, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to the Service at any time and without notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

11. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be notified via the Service or another reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance.
